Interpreting - Translation

Here are some expressions commonly used in discussing making and handling complaints matters.

Listen to apology - an expression of regret at having caused trouble for someone
Listen to below standard - of minor value, substandard
Listen to compensation - something to make up for loss or damage
Listen to complain - to express negative feelings, especially of dissatisfaction
Listen to complain in writing - to express dissatisfaction in written form
Listen to complaint - an expression of dissatisfaction or a circumstance regarded as a cause for such expression
Listen to complaints procedure - a particular course of action intended to achieve a result, here to complain
Listen to crushed - broken into small fragments
Listen to damage - the occurrence of a change for the worse
Listen to damaged - broken, not working
Listen to defective - broken, not working
Listen to delay - to act or move slowly; put off an action or a decision
Listen to delayed - caused to be later or slower than expected or desired
Listen to destroyed - broken down, damaged irreparably
Listen to disappeared - vanished, got lost
Listen to disappointed - frustrating one's hopes or expectations
Listen to discover - detect or determine the existence, presence, or fact
Listen to dissatisfied - discontented, unhappy, displeased

Listen to imperfect - having a defect or defects
Listen to inconvenience - the quality of not being useful or convenient
Listen to letter of complaint - a complaint letter
Listen to missing - not present; absent, lost
Listen to not yet arrived - not yet came to a particular place, not yet reached a destination
Listen to perishable goods - goods which are subject to spoilage or destruction
Listen to proof or evidence - something visible or evident that gives grounds for believing in the existence or presence of something else
Listen to refuse to pay - to be unwilling to pay
Listen to regret something - feel sorry for something
Listen to replacement - a thing that takes or can take the place of another, substitution
Listen to take legal action - to sue someone, to proceed against, take legal steps
Listen to undelivered - not brought or transported to the proper place or recipient
Listen to unsaleable - not for sale, that cannot be sold
Listen to unusable - that cannot be used
